As an On-site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting one of our large volume customers.  You will support an assigned area with a large volume of temporary employees, handling the day-to-day  operations and will work closely with the customer to ensure exemplary results. Must possess and demonstrate a high-level of professionalism and customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry.  Previous experience in staffing and human resources/recruiting  is a plus. 

 

Capabilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and deliver a high level of responsiveness and customer service
  • Manage day-to-day operations at on-site location, including daily check-ins and verifications of head count, coach and counsel temporary employees, facilitate new hire orientations and assist with new employee introductions
  • Regularly conduct business review meeting with customer to ensure consistency, quality, and continuous improvement 
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Process payroll

Job Requirements

Desired qualifications include:

  • A Bachelors Degree preferred, and a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in staffing industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 2 years experience supervising at least 50 employees
  • Experience in temporary employment industry, human resources, customer service, or account management preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Problem solving and strong customer service skills
  • Desire to continue growing in your career is imperative!
