Cascades Tissue Group, a division of Cascades Canada ULC is the second largest tissue producer in Canada and the fourth in North America. Cascades’ finished and semi-finished products are sold in the Consumer and Away-from-Home markets in both Canada and the United States.
Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will have the following main responsibilities:
- While traveling with distributor sales personnel, you will work with them to identify and understand existing and potentially new customers;
- Develop a detailed understanding of AFH products and margins to train and support distributor sales personnel;
- Work with end users developing knowledge of customer needs, competitor product offerings and pricing, and identify opportunities for increased sales with the customer;
- Sell value-added products to end users;
- Enter and track data in CRM database;
- Interface with and provide detailed customer information to the sales and marketing teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field;
- Some field experience or marketing experience helpful;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- High level of personal motivation and drive for success;
- Efficient computer skills;
- Willing to travel on a frequent basis and relocate after an agreed upon period of time.
The first assigned location for this role will be in the Memphis, TN area.
