Job Description
1) Insurance reconciliation such as billing, issues, EOB’S
2) HR accounting functions such as A/P, A/R, and claim resolution. Systems used SAP.
3) Perform annual open enrollment functions as needed
4) Security of all confidential employee/company information.
5) Administration of bi-weekly and monthly payrolls (SL Michigan) using ADP Enterprise Now software.
6) benefits administration
7) employee relations
8) Provides day-to-day benefits administration services. Assist employees with any claim issues
This HR Benefits Consultant position is located in Clinton, TN outside of Knoxville.
Job Requirements
1) At least 3 years in a Human Resource departmental role.
2) 1 year accounting/invoice reconciliation experience a plus.
3) Knowledge of state and federal employment laws a plus.
4) Excellent communication skills with all levels of employees in both management and hourly positions.
5) Knowledgeable of all state and federal laws and regulations.
6) Ability to work productively with little or no supervision.
7) Ability to multitask accordingly
8) MS Office, ADP Enterprise Now, SAP ( a plus)
9) Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
10) Effective oral and written communication.
11) Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
12) Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
13) Associate Degree in Human Resources/or related degree or equivalent work experience of 5 years.
