Job Description
The Solutions Deployment Group Manager (SDG Manager) will be responsible for the entire client engagement process from post sales to operational readiness and will include all aspects of a client solution which requires IT, HR, Finance, Marketing and overall strategy deployment.
The engagement team including the SDG Manager will be responsible for the delivery of all Staff Management | SMXs product portfolio which could include Vendor on Premises solutions as well as our Managed Services Products and more. The primary responsibility is to provide front line leadership to the implementation team and direct the delivery of the solutions by balancing the needs of the client and Staff Management | SMX.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute High level Client expectations plans.
- Develop and manage a Project Management Plan.
- Manage Initial Day to Day to executables from the Project Plan.
- Engage appropriately to become the Client SME (subject matter expert).
- Develop relationship as the SPOC (single point of contact) for the client and long term operations team.
- Develop and initially manage the appropriate financial tools including budgets and revenue forecasting.
- Development and implementation of recruiting strategies for both associates as well as long term management team.
- Initial New Hire and training for long term management team.
- Review provided detailed market analysis and provides direction and guidance on recruitment campaigns initially as well as long term recommendations.
- Set-up and configure various back office tools and systems to manage the day to day operations of the site.
- Development and deliver various presentations to include new hires orientation, client on-boarding process requirements and project updates and readiness reviews.
- Handle associate relations activities, communications, and investigations.
- Ability to work on special projects.
- Development of performance incentive programs to help meet operational goals.
We have multiple tiers of managers depending upon experience and background. Staff Management | SMX is a leader in the Staffing Industry, but staffing experience is not required. An ideal candidate could have any of the following backgrounds:
- Customer Service
- Project Management
- Consulting
- Operations Management
- Staffing
- MBA Graduates
Due to Staff Management | SMXs continued growth we have many openings in the US and with our current expansion some international opportunities exist. The SDG Manager could be required to travel 100% of the time, but is a high growth and visibility opportunity within our organization. This is a home based position when not traveling. Your work day will typically consist of a 10 hour work day, so you must be comfortable with and able to work long days.
Job Requirements
- 100% Road Warrior.
- 2 to 5 years of real management, supervisor or project management experience desired.
- College grads with a very strong work record may be considered.
- Must own a car that is dependable.
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Must be a strong communicator.
- Takes the initiative, independent.
- Excellent Multi-tasking skills.
- Able to consistently work 10 hours days, including any shift and weekends as required.
