Job Description

The Position:

The Senior Developer/Analyst will work with the IT&S development team to deliver both client and internal facing products and tool sets.  Primary responsibilities will include both new application development as well as legacy system maintenance.  Ability to translate informal business requirements into an iterative development plan is required.

The development team is involved with creating web based applications which increase client involvement in their Health and Wellness services, third-party data integration and internally facing analytic applications.  The small, tightly knit team develops new product using an Agile methodology in which consecutive iterations are developed until a final product is produced.  Business casual, the work environment is professional, friendly and supportive.

Job Requirements

Position Requirements & Qualifications:

Required Skills/Experience:

Candidates must possess the following:

• Strong T-SQL skills including stored procedure authoring, complex querying and moderate schema design.
• Strong C# ability including the knowledge of design patterns and proven ability to produce perform and and maintainable software solutions.
• Moderate web front end skills including HTML, JQuery & CSS.
• Experience with: Visual Studio 2010 & 2012, SQL Server Management Studio 2008 & 2012, Subversion

Preferred Experience (not Required):

• 5 years consecutive professional software development experience
• Healthcare IT experience
• Integration skills
