Cymetrix is currently seeking a qualified and professional healthcare individual to fill a full-time Trainer II position within the Nashville, TN area.
The Trainer II is responsible for conducting regularly scheduled training classes to measure and, through approved training methods, improve the level of competency in all divisions and departments throughout the organization. This position will also develop curriculums and document applications and other specific training materials as needed. The Trainer II works under the instruction of the Vice President, Training and Education and will perform any and all related job duties as assigned. This position involves occasional client travel and corporate office travel and is expected to abide by the Company travel policy when traveling for the Company, in which extended stays may be necessary.
Essential Job Functions
- Exemplary facilitation skills in public speaking and presentation
- Statistical analysis
- Leadership and coping skills to manage multiple projects and follow through while exceeding expectations
- Maintenance of established schedules and documenting progress via corporate training tracker and internal partner plans
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills to maintain current and future book of business
- Relationship building and modeling of all training concepts across the business
- Develop training needs for Departments within Cymetrix
- Write and edit technical documentation for all Applications using ISD methods
- Plan, design and conduct repeating and re-certification training workshops
- Determine training needs for client group and act as on-site ambassador as directed by VP, Training and Education
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct baseline competency testing.
- Training using approved curriculum.
- Post-training competency testing.
- Continue education to new and tenured Patient Financial Services Department personnel under the instruction of the VP, Training and Education.
- Report training and competency testing results.
- Maintain training schedules and monitor continuing education needs of employees.
- Participate in weekly Training and Education team calls.
- Support other company training objectives as directed by the VP, Training and Education
Client Responsibility
- Monitor client training programs and assure company compliance with client training requirements as appropriate.
- Perform training assessments for Project startups and make necessary site visits.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (5) years of Patient Financial Services experience in an A/R management function.
- 3 to 5 years training experience.
- Strong public speaking, presentation and organizational skills are essential.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to travel. Trainer II position is asked to travel in which extended stays may be necessary. This position is expected to abide by the Company travel policy when traveling for the Company.
