The Practice Manager provides administrative direction and coordination of service activities and programs between the management company and the professional corporations (PCs). These activities are performed in close association with the health services leadership team and in accordance with the strategic goals of CCA and the PC. Coordinates with FSC and facility health services staff on the assignment and allocation of manpower, space and equipment to ensure effective patient care, and provides conformance with efficient clinic service commitments at the practice sites. Assists in developing a strong workforce by closely coordinating recruitment and retention activities through a network of medical, dental, and mental health recruiters. Responsible for fiscal requirements, budgetary recommendations, and coordination of human resources related activities for the professional medical and dental organizations.
RequirementsGraduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelors degree in healthcare management or a related field is required. Advanced degree in healthcare management preferred. Five years of experience in healthcare management and/or healthcare data analysis experience is required, preferably working in a medical group environment. Travel within the U.S. is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel is required, Access experience is preferred. A valid drivers license is required.
