Position Summary:
Provide administrative support for all areas of Accounts Receivable department with special emphasis on primary duties assigned by department manager. Role model and demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.
Responsibilities:
Process all outgoing department mail.
Knowledge of insurance/medical terminology.
Minimum 1 year experience in data entry.
Ability to read and interpret EOBs and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Position provides support to Customer Service, Payment Posting, and Insurance follow-up departments.
Qualifications:
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communmication skills.
- Must be an analytical thinker and problem solver.
- Experience with MS office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
