Electrical Designer at Smyrna

Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading electrical manufacturer in search of an Electrical Designer. The ideal candidate will be a high energy team player and will have the opportunity to work along side of a strong, tenured design team. This will an open-ended contingent role at this time.

 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience designing medium switchgear.
  
• Associates or Bachelors degree specifically in Engineering Technology required.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office programs.
  
• Experience with other design software is a plus.
  
• Full understanding of electrical one-lines, three-lines and schematics.
  
• Experience with Ethernet, circuit monitoring and Modbus required.
  
• Ability to take initiative and effectively take direction and work alongside of lead engineers.
  
• Willingness to be accountable for ones work.
  
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
