Classification: Accounting Clerk

Compensation: $12.00 to $16.00 per hour

Accountemps is seeking someone for a temporary to possible full time position.
Responsibilities include:
Work with facility management to ensure compliance is timely, consistent, and correct. Recommends corrective action to management related to DOT compliance.
Manage, maintain and track all Driver Qualification Files
Track & Manage fleet violations-all DOT Inspections & all other traffic tickets & citations
Responsible for maintaining compliance with all FMCSRs for Hours of Service
Maintain permits, license, registrations, etc for all vehicles
Issue and monitor company wide fuel cards
Accounts payable, billing and other accounting duties
OSHA reporting OSHA 300 logs, monitoring safety forms, etc  RequirementsExperience required includes 2 years DOT and OSHA
