Cost Accountant at Knoxville

Compensation: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year

Small steel manufacturing company located in North Knoxville has an immediate need to hire an Cost Accountant to launch their local cost function. Reporting directly to both the President and Plant Manager, the Cost Accountant will be responsible for maintaining the companys perpetual inventory, evaluating/analyzing and implementing a cost accounting system to ensure product costs are assigned correctly, changing/updating product costs and conducting physical inventories. Requirements include a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with 4+ years relevant cost experience in a manufacturing environment.
