Description

MorphoTrust, a leading provider of identity solutions for its military, intelligence, civilian, state, local, and commercial customers, is currently seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our Universal Enroll Services Team to deliver the next generation enrollment solution. This solution is currently utilized to enroll different population groups that include TWIC, HME, and TSA Pre ? on behalf of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to receive benefits.

Essential Job Functions:

Candidates will work with cutting edge technologies that include Node.js, HTML5, CSS3 to design, build, and test responsive web portals for customers, call center, and administrative personnel. The application must be pixel perfect and responsive to multiple devices.

Note: In addition to the Essential Functions, also performs similar work-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Solid abilities with JavaScript (hand-code)
• HTML5, CSS3
• AJAX and jQuery experience
• Comfortable working in a Java environment
• Interest working with Angular, Node.js, Bootstrap, Redis, and more
• Comfortable with JavaScript API
• Background working in an Agile environment
• Ability to write quality, secure, pattern-based code
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Required Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5 7 years of direct work experience
• Key resource in successfully implemented large scale web site
• Portfolio is required

Travel Requirement, Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

Travel requirement, such as:

• Ability to travel locally for activities such as meetings, classes, and workshops.
• Must be able to travel occasional by air as needed to attend training, conferences, and related activities.
• Occasional overnight travel as required; should not exceed 10% of the time
  • Driving an automobile may also be required in certain locations and for certain positions.

Working Conditions, such as:

• General office environment. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.

Physical Demands, such as:

• Office environment where the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. Some walking, standing, bending, reaching, and carrying of light items such as papers, books, small parts; driving an automobile, etc. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.
