Production Manager -Digital Advertising 6498-17878 at Knoxville

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced production manager to lead the scheduling and organization of our many advertising and digital projects. This position will require demonstrated exceptional organizational and workflow process control experience, as they will be charged with ensuring that all projects are planned, tracked and monitored and that all deadlines and budgets are met. You will be asked to establish schedules, forecast workloads and tracking milestones on numerous simultaneous projects. You will also be in charge of the supervising, scheduling and purchasing of print and other production-related services, including prepress, printing, photography and broadcast production.

Responsibilities:

• Be the liason between the AEs, Creative and Digital teams to create project schedules and delivery dates
• Keep projects on-time and in-budget by prioritizing and effectively allocating resources
• Continually communicate with team members to ensure that all issues are first found, then solved
• Expedite processes where necessary to ensure timely completion of all projects
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and fine-tune the process as necessary based on priorities
• Participate in kickoff meetings and coordinate approvals at each project stage
• Monitor and communicate with internal workgroups to gather information and content/production assets
• Provide estimates for both internal and external costs as projects move along, including vendor selection based on bids
• Interface with creative team throughout design phase and provide recommendations and specifications
• Consult and advise as to alternative solutions to production, client and vendor issues

Requirements:

• Minimum two years experience in media traffic, production and project management within a large marketing department or creative/digital agency
• Excellent organizational and team management skills
• Demonstrated success in roles that require prioritization and delegation of multiple tasks
• Experience managing numerous projecst simultaneously
• Knowledge of processes involved in marketing, design, print & video production and web development
• Be exceptionally detail-oriented with a keen eye for text and visual content
• Experience with Mac-based applications and PM software
• Experience working with multiple outside vendors for print, web and digital content
