The job qualifications for this position are as follows:

Equivalent of a high school diploma

Professional, courteous telephone voice.

Previous healthcare related and call center experience preferred.

Demonstrate an awareness of self, responsibility, and accountability for own professional practice.

Exhibit effective communication methods and skills, using lines of authority appropriately.

Motivation for self- direction.

Flexibility in schedule.

Excellent organizational skills.

Good computer skills.

Good typing skills (35+ WPM).
