Our Nashville, TN client is searching for a Policy and Procedure Coordinator for a temp to possible hire opportunity. 


Summary:
Our client is seeking a qualified temporary-to-permanent Policy and Procedure Coordinator to join its Compliance team in Nashville, TN.  Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the selected individual will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of new policies.


Key Responsibilities:
Work with subject matter experts to create, review, approve, and revise policy and procedures
Prepare and submit policies and procedures for review and approval
Oversee the review of draft policies & procedures regarding relevant initiatives with department leadership
Manage the incorporation of change based on feedback and reference material
Ensure the method, consistency; style and terminology are kept standardized
Communicate with all departments throughout the process to ensure they are abreast of any changes that may impact them from creation through roll out
Oversee the communication of policy & procedures through all levels of organization


Qualifications/Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in policy and procedure development and Process flow/process mapping.
Bachelors degree required.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow up on outstanding items
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to interview subject matter experts to determine impact to policies and procedures as well as integrate information derived from interviews into meaningful policies and procedures

  • Demonstrated ability to create detailed personas/target audience profiles that go beyond basic demographics to reflect deeper drivers, preferences, priorities, etc. to bring the target to life.
  • Directly interact with Account Executives and clients in project kick-off meetings (both on the phone and in-person) to brainstorm and recommend the best methodological approach to address research needs. Amicably interact with and question clients to glean the information necessary to scope/price projects accurately and write a good first draft of survey instruments and discussion guides. Diplomatically negotiate client-requested changes either directly, or through client consultants, to ensure both client satisfaction and data validity.
