The Compliance Analysts overall objective is to effectively coordinate and assist in the implementation of the compliance policies and procedures for the company as directed by the Compliance Manager and/or other Compliance Department Management.  Assist line employees with day-to-day compliance questions as necessary.   Duties:

• Develop, document and execute compliance audit test steps in partnership with more senior team members.
• Document work performed in accordance with Compliance Department policies and procedures.
• Identify and discuss audit findings with Compliance team members and document exceptions. May recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in performing periodic detailed risk assessments.
• Assist with the drafting of reports and key deliverables.
• Build and maintain relationships with business partner managers and staff.

• Other duties as may be assigned. 

 Duties may include:   Monitor, handle, and coordinate all questions, inquiries, and issues to resolution received within the Compliance Mailbox.

• Coordinate the monitoring and tracking of all industry compliance updates as necessary to ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local and Agency requirements.
• Assist and provide support to the creation of Compliance Bulletins and Compliance policy and procedure documents to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance changes and issues.
• Assist with the development and implementation of Federal and State disclosures. 
• Provide loan level systemic support to line employees within all divisions of FAMC as related to compliance tools such as Compliance Ease and LOS. 
• Assist in the communication and training of FAMC line employees to ensure compliance with policies as required.
• Provide support to the QA Department related to issues arising from QA Reports and assist in the process to develop corrective actions.

 What we need from you:

• 2 or more years experience in internal/external audit, mortgage compliance, or banking.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate with all levels of individuals both internal and external.  Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Well organized, detail oriented, efficient and a self starter who can carry out assignments to completion.
• Ability to function independently & prioritize work. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Ability to successfully handle/ manage several tasks at one time.
• Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office programs and various industry related software packages.
