Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Night Supervisor position will perform the following duties:

Directs all warehouse operations including shipping product ensuring timely, accurate and complete order pulling for all orders pulled during the shift. Ensures all orders are loaded in their entirety and in proper stop sequence on the assigned truck and trailer.
Handles management-related duties such as recruiting, retaining, and ensuring the proper training of quality employees in a positive, professional manner
Ensures proper picking and loading operations
Documents materials and supplies shipped
Ensures proper sanitation as needed
Manages all warehouse departmental expenses related to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
Comfortable with high-volume shipping using the Companys warehouse management system and other technologies available to maximize productivity. Analyzes the productivity levels of the warehouse operation and recommends appropriate changes.
Extensive experience in planning work, setting goals
?Hands-on? commitment to getting the job done
Handles building security to include locking warehouse and setting alarms after the night shift.
Ability to develop rapport with customers and staff we well as maintain strong working relationships
Promotes team spirit and works collaboratively to achieve team goals
Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education: Associates or 2 year related technical school. Business Management, logistics or related area.

Required Experience: 2 to 4 years warehouse or related experience.
Preferred Experience: 4 to 6 years warehouse experience within the foodservice industry. Supervisory experience.
