ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

Must be self-motivated and be able to motivate the teams.

Must be able to plan and check progress (PDCA) constantly and know how to clear roadblocks or when to raise to upper management.

Must be able to train others and actively promote the MTCR mindset.

Must promote CK company values and image.

Must be able and have appropriate credentials to travel within and outside the country.

Must secure financial analysis of plan and actual using IE skills, CKPS & accounting.

Must possess depth of cost analysis skills and deep comprehension of some manufacturing processes.

Must support functional managers to achieve their annually assigned cost reduction targets.

Prepare and approve monthly reporting requirements or others as needed.

Prepares strategic and tactical plans to achieve department objectives as assigned.

Networks and communicates regularly with CK MTCR departments globally.

Perform special projects for upper management.

Avidly supports CKWAY and V-Fast programs.

Performs other duties as necessary.

Job Requirements

SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Intermediate to advanced experience (beyond basic data entry) working with computer applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other presentation applications and/or software. Required Experience EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE The incumbent must:

• Bachelors Degree in a related discipline and generally 3 plus years experience in automotive industry purchasing field.
• Program management experience is desirable but not required.
• Have experience working with integrated computer programs and/or applications.
• Have negotiation skills, Human Resource Management skills, financial analysis skills, cost analysis skills, program and superior problem solving skills, understanding of statistics, manufacturing, and general engineering.
• Have strong communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs.
• Be able to pass all background checks and pre-employment tests, including any required drug test.
• Be able to maintain the confidentiality of any information s/he encounters.
