Classification: Data Entry Clerk

Compensation: $10.29 to $11.91 per hour

We are working with a large, professional services organization to provide a team of 11 Operational Auditors to work on a 5 month project opportunity. The purpose of this project is to ensure complex guidelines are adhered to with 100% accuracy per the terms of their clients contracts. Each auditor will be assigned a specific area to review including (but not limited to) the following areas: customer service, enrollment and outbound calls. Utilizing an audit tool, these Operational Auditors will complete 8-11 audits daily. Candidates selected for this project must be able to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, must be comfortable working in a production-type capacity, and have excellent listening skills. Strong attention to detail is a must, and candidates must have the ability to follow processes without deviation.
