Emory Valley Center 715 Emory Valley Rd Oak Ridge, TN 37830 "Maximizing Human Abilities" A non-profit community based agency providing support services and programs for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities for over 58 years is seeking motivated, positive and professional staff. We currently have the following openings in the residential department: LEVEL 6 DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL $9.50/hr with a 90 day increase to $10/hr provides direct support to behaviorally challenged adults, requires experience in field. FLOATER F/T starts at $11.50 with a 90 day increase to $12/hr Floaters will be on call 4p-12a or 12a-8a, providing direct support. Floaters must be flexible, with 1 year experience in the field. HOME MANAGER F/T supported living residential setting starts at $9.50 with a 90 day increase to $10/hr group home rate starts at $11.50 with an 90 day increase to $12/hr Provides direct support and supervises direct support staff, on call, scheduling, coordinates daily operations. Must have 1 year experience in the field; supervisory experience preferred. RESIDENTIAL MANAGER F/T Salary oversees assigned residential sites; supervise Home Managers; responsible for training and mentoring of employees, leadership role ensuring compliance in delivery of services and supports, rotating on call, may be required to provide direct support. One year experience in related field plus one year supervisory experience required. Acceptable background check, negative drug screen, and valid TN drivers license required. Benefit package.
