Job Description:

Do you get jazzed dreaming up new digital products and features? Have you ever thought as someone who uses this product, I can think of several ways to make it better? When did you last sketch a website or app idea on a cocktail napkin? Are you multilingual, able to speak Business, Creative, and Technical with fluency? If so, you may be the right candidate to join our growing digital team.We are seeking a Director of Digital Media to take the lead role on all digital projects for both clients and our proprietary interactive/digital solutions. You will be working directly with our VP of Digital, and will be directly responsible for delivering engaging US designs for websites and apps, and for ensuring their successful launch.

Responsibilities:

• Represent our agency to clients in business development, kickoff, and progress meetings.
• Contribute ideas for digital strategy and execution - including sites, digital media, apps, and social media.
• Create intuitive user experiences in the form of annotated site maps, user flows, wireframes and other common UX deliverables.
• Consult with the creative team on visual design and content.
• Oversee technical development teams, both in-house and outsourced.
• Ensure that the key stakeholders are fully informed of progress and performance.
• Plan and implement all browser/device compatibility, user acceptance, usability, and quality assurance testing.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure on-time, on-spec and on-budget delivery of digital products.

Requirements:

• 3 years demonstrated professional experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Agile development environment.
• User-centered design experience.
• Creative services experience a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML5/CSS3, UX tools such as OmniGraffle, and content management systems.
• Must have sample work in the form of wireframes, live sites, and/or apps available in the App Store or Google Play.
