The positions can be based anywhere in the US with up to 50% travel to client sites while managing the project engagement implementations.Under limited supervision a Hospital Solutions EMR Project Manager will work directly with our customers, our customers HIS software vendors and our customers Information Technology and business personnel as well as with our internal development, coding, Quality Assurance, support and management teams. The Project Managers role is to ensure the smooth deployment of our products and services in various disparate customer locations. Project Managers report to the Manager of Project Management. This role will be in our Health Information space and in a Hospital environment working on the Computer Assisted Coding system.

Job Requirements

10+ years Project Management experience in a large enterprise environment where deadlines and deliverables are met on or ahead of scheduleDemonstrated customer service skills (direct on-site client representation)5+ years or more Healthcare domain and/or technology software deployment experience.5+ years or more working knowledge of electronic medical record systems (EMR), hospital information systems (HIS), billing companies, medical record coding or auditing a plus.Must be able to consistently meet project deadlines.Excellent writing and presentation skills.A working knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10 and CPT coding a plusMust be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the timeA strong working knowledge of electronic medical record systems (EMR), hospital information systems (HIS), and billing systemsStrong knowledge of medical record coding or auditing Proven leadership ability across all levels of an organization, including executive level (CxO)Time management skills; ability to multitask and manage competing prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skills that can effectively communicate with a diverse workforceExecutive presence and interaction skillsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently through effective influencingStrong process orientation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills and a firm commitment to qualityMS Product Suite: MS Project, Excel, Word & Power Point Assets:Solid analytical, problem-solving and financial analysis skills.Proficiency in clinical workflow, ideally across healthcare departments and systemsAbility to drive improvements in efficiencyProven ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teamsHigh energy personality that thrives working extended hours in pressurized circumstancesProject Management Professional certification desiredWhat can YOU do with the right information?
