RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTROLLER

• Lead the finances of the entire organization.
• Process improvements.
• Ability to maximize profitability.
• Percent of completion accounting.
• Supervision of a team of seven.
• Know and endorse every dollar that flows through the business.

Job Requirements

Controller
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CONTROLLER ROLE:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience as a Controller or CFO.
• Management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and construction environments is required. 
• Ability to think strategically is a MUST.
• Proactive and motivated.
• Ability to hit the ground running.
• Collaborative worker.
