Job Description
- Develop and maintain recruitment programs for high volume call center, develop a strong pipeline of candidates, and maintain high quality talent for the organization
- Writes, coordinates and places job advertising in various media; Coordinates regular open-house presentations and organizes career fairs, campus recruiting, and public job fair events.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting and sourcing techniques.
- Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates.
- Works with temporary staffing agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
- Reviews applications and conducts telephone interviews of applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position
- Partners with management and trainers to successfully meet classroom training schedules and fulfill operations call center requirements
- Conduct pre-employment screenings, initiate background screenings and drug testing, review findings with employee relations manager, conduct due diligence for appropriate and lawful hiring decisions
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- HR Employment Law background, human resources policies and procedures, EEO regulations experience required
- Bachelors degree OR 2-5 years high-volume recruiting experience, preferably with call center or temporary staffing agency
- Experienced with the recruiting life cycle; Applicant Tracking System, screenings and assessments, scheduling interviews, presenting and negotiating offers
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications preferred
- Occasional evening and weekend availability required for career fairs and recruiting events
