Recruiter - Retail Healthcare at Nashville

Job Description

Position Summary:

The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for initiating the full-cycle recruitment process to include the development and implementation of sourcing strategies, reviewing resumes and screening candidates prior to scheduling interviews, with key emphasis on pipeline development in retail medical clinics. This will also include extending offers to qualified Family Nurse Practitioner’s, Physician Assistants and Patient Care Technicians, and other non- clinical positions within an assigned territory for existing clinics as well as new clinics. Serves as the recruitment subject matter expert with the ability to research, establish and implement sourcing plans, present recruitment strategies to regional and corporate leadership, cultivate and maintain candidate and manager relationships. This position is also responsible for building relationships with colleges and universities, in addition to attending college/career fairs, and NP/PA conferences. Must role model and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, inclusion and safety of others.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Full cycle recruitment to include candidate review, selection, phone screen, and offer.
  • Track newly hired associates through the pre employment and on boarding experience.  Provide feedback for ways to enhance the new associate experience.
  • Maintain and build effective leaderships with business partners and leadership within The Little Clinic organization.
  • Maintain and build effective relationships with colleges & universities to create a talent pipeline.
  • Attract top talent through various recruitment activities such as; internet sourcing, social media and blogs, established networks, professional organizations, recruitment fairs, advertisements, etc. and a proven ability to source for passive candidates.
  • Must be able to update and maintain applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and monitor metrics to measure success of investments in recruitment activities.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of positions while providing excellent customer service and candidate experience.
  • Must maintain confidentiality. 
  • Participate in new clinic openings.
  • Visit clinics in assigned region on a quarterly basis.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Job Requirements

Minimum Position Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree in human resource, business or healthcare related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting. At least 2 years experience of clinical recruitment required.  
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independently travel required approximately 10-15%
  • Ability to work flexible hours due to time zone changes.
