Quality Assurance Analyst at Lebanon

Job Description

The position is responsible for providing quality assurance expertise across the entire SDLC and performing software testing functions of Cracker Barrels Point of Sale systems, Back Office systems, Home Office systems and various interfaces. The position also provides third tier escalation support for the stores by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving all hardware and software problems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience in information services.Ability to lead teams effectively.Technical knowledge of Information Systems including programming, systems development and quality assurance testing processes.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Proficient computer skills including strong knowledge of spreadsheet and database software.Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.Detail and multi-task oriented.
