HRIS Analyst at Nashville

Job Classification: Contract TEKsystems is partnering with a large local healthcare client in need of HRIS Analysts to implement HRIS system, Ultipro and Kronos across company. Will be responsible for requirements gathering, testing and go-live transition for assigned sites. This position will work closely with payroll analysts and hr team members on business/facility side to properly implement and configure payroll system to meet Corporate guidelines. Candidates should expect approx 25% travel if local to Nashville. They will need to be on site for 3-4 weeks for the training during the start of the project. The Senior HR Systems Analyst should possess an in-depth knowledge of HR and Financial processes and technical experience configuring and supporting HR and PR systems.
