Job Summary
The Facilities Engineering Supervisor acts under the direction of the Director of Facilities Engineering to supervise the activities of HVAC Technicians, Electricians, Plumbers, Maintenance Techs and Mechanics.

Qualifications
Associates Degree
3 or more years of supervisory experience preferred

General Essential Functions

• Directs the activities of assigned personnel and service contractors in the preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
• Assists in the coordination of construction activity and the installment of equipment.

• Responds to calls for emergency repairs, orders supplies and assists in maintaining inventory levels.
• Assists in training of staff in the operation and repair of equipment.
