Summary
Produces additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after-sale items to new- and used-vehicle customers.

 


Essential Duties

  • Submit and monitor all paperwork sent for approval to finance sources on all deals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with viable finance sources
  • Present Finance and lease options, as well as all applicable products to all customers
  • Use interview and menu presentation on 100% of deals
  • Manage TO process from sales to F&I department
  • Provide training to sales consultants on presentation to customers of finance and lease options
  • Develop relationship with new/used vehicle sales managers to obtain reasonable gross profit from each vehicle
  • Attend manager’s meetings
  • Work with product representatives to develop and hone sales skills and custom closes
  • Obtain any necessary licensure to sell F&I products as required by local and state regulations
  • Maintain an F&I daily operating control and submit it to GM and AMSI
  • Review and audit all paperwork to ensure timely funding and carefully monitor dealership’s contracts in transit (CIT)
  • Monitor deal flow to ensure timely billing of all contracts
  • Adhere to AMSI and dealership pricing and disclosure policies
  • Handle rate and payment quotations
  • Adhere to all Red Flag Regulations as they apply to customer information
  • Remain knowledgeable on any and all changes of laws and regulations that apply to the F&I department
  • Monitor CSI scores as they relate to the department
  • Reliable attendance on scheduled work days

Manufacturing Operators Needed Immediately!

Performs a variety of tasks during the manufacturing process,

including, but not limited to. loading. running and unloading of

pieces into. through and away from manufacturing equipment.

Change tooling at required frequencies. Set up and change over

equipment to ensure that production requirements are achieved.

Changeovers include, but are not limited to. removal, replacement.

resetting and changing of work-holding devices, chucks. fixture

details, positive stops. limit switches, feed cams, lead screws.

removal and replacement of tooling fro repair. such as (limited to)

fixtures. chucks.

Changeover responsibility includes identifying

known defective tooling with tags. First and last piece inspection

samples with tags are also required. Check quality through

established techniques, including. but not limited to, SPC, charting.

gauging, gauge calibration to masters, drawings. Repair and so rt

material that deviates from specification. Assist in repair of

equipment and perform minor repair and lubrication of too ling and

equipment.

Responsibilities:

Perform single production operations and/or combination of

operations.

Perform a variety of gauging and inspection techniques.


Perform setup and tool changes.

Perform housekeeping duties.

Move stock into, out of, and around the work center.

Operate data entry equipment and perform administrative tasks.

The Dispatch - Customer Service dispatches Service Technicians to install, service and repair electric, gas or steam powered commercial foodservice and HVACR equipment. This is a Part Time position with the possibility of becoming Full Time. 

 

  • Receives calls from customers, dealers and sales representatives. Communicates with customers to determine the service need and schedules and notifies technicians of assignments.
  • Sets up new customer accounts.  Understands and communicates credit/collection guidelines.
  • Creates service calls within the computer program recording the type and scope of work to be performed.  Enters assignment data in computer database.
  • Works with the service manager and other dispatchers to coordinate technicians according to customer requests, determine schedules, assign technician workloads, dispatch workers to the job and update service information within the dispatch system.
  • Interacts with the Parts Department to verify availability of parts to ensure scheduled work performance.
  • Monitors service workload and capacity throughout the day.  Receive and record updated service information from the field technicians.
  • Ships and receives all in and out going packages.
  • Other warehouse duties as assigned.
